My journey to simplicity has been guided by the complexity of life, to come to terms with what I value the most and to be able to distill the gems from the expedition so that I can be a healing guide who shines a light on the magnificence of this human blessing. I have studied around the world and in-between worlds within myself, leading me to become a shape-shifter of various skillsets. Through experiential education, I lead others on healing journeys both into their own depths and outward into the vastness of what nature offers.

My background as an educator, mentor, crisis and trauma specialist, energy medicine practitioner, expressive arts facilitator, breath work and sound healing practitioner, ceremonialist and guide, intuitive, interspecies communicator and writer supports the continuing evolution of who I can become. It is without borders and without labels that I offer to others the opportunities to discover and uncover who they want to be and how they want to express this during their time in a human body.

My work and mission as a healing guide, teacher and leader is a multi-dimensional approach to restoring right relationship with Life. I create spaces to be inspired and healed through words and bespoke experiences, whether they are individual or in a group, incorporating nature and the imaginal realm. Through guidance and experiential offerings, I support deep energetic healing that replenishes, enlivens and catalyzes remembrance.
